(57) Abstract Arrangement in order to connect the rf-SQUID magnetometer to the superconducting tank resonance circuit on the baseplate is formed, in order for both component to be integrated mutually completely. By this integration, Q value of the resonance circuit is raised comparing in flip chip technique, 2 - 3 times. On that, with this integration arrangement, simple assessment of connection k with SQUID and the resonance circuit is possible.
