(57) Abstract At the time of mobile communication of digital CDMA system, when frequency constitution of base station differs, false frequency occurrence method in order smoothness to do frequency hard hand over. According to this invention, it can place in each false frequency the pilot channel signal, the sink channel signal, the paging channel signal and the telephone call channel signal of telephone call frequency, directly. Therefore, coverage of false frequency, coverage of the telephone call frequency which changes according to the telephone call quantity of base station becomes always identical. With that, to execute frequency hard hand over completely it is possible the mobile station. Furthermore, although all false frequencies are processed, only one synthetic vessel, one amplifier or one distributer it needs. Therefore, as it is possible, to make the constitution of the false frequency occurrence circuit simple, it is possible to decrease cost. In the same way, it is possible to improve the reliability of the system.
