PURPOSE: To provide constitution and operating method capable of improving operability of a plant by relieving or avoiding various troubles generated at the time of load-dropping which corresponds to the generation of abnormalities in the pressurized fluidized bed boiler-compound power plant ;CONSTITUTION: In a pressurized fluidized bed boiler-compound power plant which is a combination of gas turbine equipment 2, 3, 4, steam turbine equipment 38, 41, 42, 43, and a pressurized fluidized bed boiler 40, boiler-combustion gas in a pipeline for introducing the air in a pressure vessel 53 to the inlet of an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 32 and at the outlet of a precision dust removing device 27 is introduced into the inlet of the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 32 while bypassing the gas turbine equipment 3. The combustion gas is joined to the bypass-air from the pressure vessel 53 to be cooled to stably reduce the pressure in the pressure vessel 53, and thereby the danger of surging of a compressor 2 caused by throttling the amount of air delivered from the compressor 2 is avoided. In order to relieve unbalance of the heat transfer part due to abrupt change in the amount of boiler-feed water at the time when an abnormality is generated in a plant, a cooling pump 35 and a pressurized hot water tank 8 are provided for emergencies.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
