PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for improving the measurement accuracy in an electrical appliance by using an adaptive digital filter. ;SOLUTION: An A/D converter 116 converts an input signal 112 received via a front end circuit 114 into a series of measured values for the measurement stage. A series of the measured values is given to an adaptive digital filter 117, which calculates the measured values mathematically and one set of digital filter values obtained for a calibration stage are used to eliminate the effect by a frequency response of the front end circuit 114 in the convolution process for a time region.
