PURPOSE: To easily and rapidly analyze many types of analysis items of a large quantity of specimens by point adhering the specimens to a dry analyzing element mounted on a movable sample tray, drying it and then point adhering reagent. ;CONSTITUTION: A sheet of a dry analyzing element 10 containing no reagent is mounted on an upper surface of each movable sample tray 4. The element 10 is formed by sequentially laminating a hydrophilic polymer layer containing no reagent and a porous developing layer in this order on a transparent support. The trays 4 are sequentially point adhered with specimens by a pipet in a specimen station. Then, the adhered specimens are dried, the trays 4 are moved to a measuring station 2, and reagents are point adhered by a pipet. The reagents are pipetted in summary of each same analysis item, and an evaporation cover sheet 11 is immediately adhered at positions adhered with the reagents.
