PURPOSE: A new copolymer produced by grafting a specific polycaprolactone having alicyclic epoxy groups, and effective as a compatibilizing agent for obtaining thermoplastic resins maintaining the mechanical performance and having high impact resistance. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective copolymer comprising a grafted polycaprolactone produced by copolymerizing (A) 1-70mol.% of a modified polycaprolactone having a vinyl group and an alicyclic epoxy group in the molecule and preferably represented by the formula (R is H, CH₃; n is 1-20), (B) 99-30mol.% of one or more kinds of aromatic vinyl monomers, and (C) 0-60mol.% of vinylic monomers copolymerizable with the components A and B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
