PURPOSE: To provide a fine particulate latent curing agent or curing accelerator capable of being used for one pack type epoxy resin compositions, an epoxy resin compositions using the same and excellent in storage stability and curability, and the method for producing the composition. ;CONSTITUTION: A curing agent or a curing accelerator is added to fine particles comprising an aromatic thermoplastic polymer having carbonyl groups or sulfo groups in the molecule.
