PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of an asphalt paving body to prolong the life thereof by adding a material with improved penetration of a porous substance for infiltrating and absorbing asphalt recycled oil in the asphalt paving body. ;SOLUTION: Used FCC catalyst with particles less than fine aggregate having abrasion and wear resistance at a low cost as well as large surface area and oil absorption is impregnated with oil asphalt recycled oil to absorb, and a material with improved penetration is manufactured. The deterioration of asphalt is caused by vapor of a light portion in asphalt by rising of road temperature or by oxidation of asphalt influenced by the solar rays, and since the exudation of recycled oil from the material is increased by rising of road temperature exceeding the softening point of asphalt, exudation speed corresponding to deterioration speed can be expected, and the deterioration of an asphalt paving body can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
