(57) Abstract It regards the microwave resonator which has with the expedient where, this invention takes in and/or extending into the resonator space and this resonator space, removes microwave. Because of this, temperature coefficient provides the negative dielectric inside the resonator space. In order to form at least the portion of the wall of the resonator space which works as an electric seal when superconductivity and the especially hot superconducting material are used, it is profitable.
