PURPOSE: To improve ease of handling of a sheet paper by arranging a means for cutting out in a shape along an inner circumferential rim part of a stool on the undersurface of a lid openable or closable automatically to cut out the center of the sheet paper automatically as delivered onto the stool automatically with the opening or closing of the lid. ;CONSTITUTION: A stool 1 has a lid B arranged above it free to open or close automatically while a sheet paper P is delivered automatically onto the top surface thereof. In this case, a cutting out means M is arranged on the undersurface of the lid B to form a cutout along a perforation of the sheet paper P on the stool 1. Then, the cutting out means M, for example, is made up of a press blade 30. The press plate 30 is arranged in a ring on the undersurface of the lid B along the inner circumferential rim of the stool 1. Moreover, a circular keep part 31 alongside the circular stool 1 is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the press blade 30.
