PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed resin film to be laminated to a decorative panel excellent in design effect equal to or more than that of a decorative sheet using a conventional polyvinyl resin film, having a pattern applied by wiping printing and excellent in surface physical properties such as antistaining properties, solvent resistance or the like and a decorative panel to which the printed resin film is laminated. ;SOLUTION: A pattern printing layer 5 is formed on the substrate resin layer 4 or colored resin layer 6 of a polybutylene terephthalate film becoming a printed substrate and, further embossing processing is applied to the colored resin layer 6 and the formed embossed recessed parts 7 is filled with ink to provide a wiping printing layer 8 and a surface protective layer 9 to which embossing processing is selectively applied and a selectively applied gloss adjusting layer 11 are successively laminated on the wiping printing layer 8 in this order to produce a printed resin film to be laminated to a decorative panel.
