PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sea weed packing material to be easily taken out and further improve a convenience in making a fan-like TEMAK-SUSHI. (NORI- rolled SUSHI rolled by an eating person). SOLUTION: This sea weed packing material is comprised of a rectangular sea weed 1; a first inner film 2a and a second inner film 2b wound in a conical shape and arranged side-by-side in a longitudinal direction to cover the surface of the sea weed 1 becoming an inner surface; and an outer surface film 3 arranged to cover the outer surface of the sea weed 1. As the outer surface film 3, an oriented resin film with one-directional easy tear feature is used, this outer surface film is set such that its easy tear direction may extend along a width direction of the sea weed 1 and the outer surface film 3 can be divided in a longitudinal direction along a dividing line L set to extend in a width direction of the sea weed 1. Further, each of both edges of the outer surface film 3 in a width direction is provided with a pair of cutts 5, 5 arranged side-by- side at both longitudinal sides of the dividing line L.
