PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in re-peeling property and plasticizer resistance, and also capable of being produced without using any organic solvent by containing the plasticizer in the inside of a network structure of a specific crosslinked polymer. ;SOLUTION: This tacky agent composition is a three-dimensionally cross- linked polymer of (A) a multi-functional polyisocyanate compound with (B) a polyxypropylene glycol having 1,000-5,000 molecular weight, and contains (C) a plasticizer in the inside of the network structure of the above crosslinked polymer. Further, it is preferable that the component A is a polyisocyanate containing terminal isocyanate groups and obtained by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate, and that a tacky sheet is obtained by using 70-150 pts.wt. component B and 0.1-15 pts.wt. component C based on 100 pts.wt. component A, setting the component A as an A-liquid, and a mixture of the components B, C as a B-liquid, adding a catalyst to a mixture of both of the liquids as necessary and applying the above mixture on at least one of the surfaces of a sheet state substrate for reacting the A liquid with the B liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
