PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction stirring and joining method of an Al extruded shape in which high joint strength can be obtained both for non-aging treated material and an aging-treated material, a joint shape, and an aluminum extruded shape provided with the joint shape. SOLUTION: A friction stirring and joining method, a joint shape, and an aluminum extruded shape to satisfy the below-described formulae 1 and 2 for a non-aging treated material, and to satisfy formulae 2 to 4 (described below) for an aging-treated material, are provided, where t1 (mm) is the thickness of base material parts M1 , M2 , t2 (mm) is the depth of a joined part, t3 (mm) is the thickness of heat affected zones HAZ1 , HAZ2 , w1 (mm) is the width of a thick-walled part between an outer end of a weld bead and an inner end of the base material part, HM is the hardness of the base material after the friction stirring joining, HB is the hardness of a bead part, HMa is the hardness of the aging-treated base material part, HBa is the hardness of a bead part B, and HHa is the hardness of heat affected zones HAZ1 , HAZ2 . Formula 1 : t1 ×(HM/ HB)×0.85=t2 =t1 ×(HM/HB)×1.0, Formula 2 : t1 ×1=w1 =t1 ×3, Formula 3: t1 ⊗(HMa / HBA)×0.95=t2 =t1 ×(HMA/HBA)×1.0, and Formula 4: t1 ⊗(HMa /HHa )×0.9=T3 =t1 ×(HMA/ HHa )×1.0.
