PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of daylighting sunlight on the wide area of a marine floating structure under surface with high efficiency, and a method of preventing marine organism from adhering to the bottom part of the floating structure at low cost. ;SOLUTION: A beam reflective film is applied to the bottom 3 under surface of a marine floating structure, and an aerial layer 9 is formed under the bottom 3. By irradiating the aerial layer 9 with a sunbeam, the sunbeam is reflected between the sea level and a ship bottom reflective film to daylight the under surface wide area of the marine floating structure and isolate the ship bottom 3 from sea water through the aerial layer of the bottom 3 under surface, thus it is possible to prevent marine organism from adhering to the bottom 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
