PURPOSE:To prevent falling of raising seedling boxes by engaging a switch of detecting fixed position of a device of piling in steps at the end of a transporting stand with a switch of stopping a rapidly sending belt stand between the transporting stand and a receiving frame and a rapidly sending belt in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:A device 22 of piling raising seedling boxes in steps is equipped with a switch S1 of detecting a fixed position, which is set ON when a receiving frame of catching raising seedling boxes 5 sent from a transporting stand 1 exists at a fixed position and is set OFF when the frame exists at an unfixed position. A rapidly sending belt stand 32 between the receiving frame and the transporting stand is equipped with a stopping switch S2 which is set ON in passing of raising seedling boxes and is OFF in suspension of passing. When the switch S1 is set ON, a rapidly sending belt 33 is rotated irrespective of ON.0FF of the switch S2. When the switch S1 is OFF, the belt 33 is stopped by ON of the switch S2 and the belt 33 is rotated by OFF of the switch S2.
