PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut machining scheduling method which automatically sorts the received electronic ordering slips for every time limit of delivery, steel type and product and then automatically distributes these ordering slips to each optimum cutter. SOLUTION: The office terminals 7 and 8 and a master unit (server) 9 are placed at an office and connected to a management personal computer 5 of a cut system 1 having a three-dimensional warehouse via a circuit on a LAN. Then the unit 9 automatically inputs the machining reservation data (S1), and these data are rearranged for every time limit of delivery (S2) and grouped (S3). Then the machining reservation data are sorted in its group for every delivery destination and the same material to obtain a cut machining schedule that is sorted for every product length (S4) and then distributed to the band saws 3a and 3b (S5). The materials of the warehouse are loaned (S6) and the machining times of the saws 3a and 3b are calculated (S7). A Gant chart is displayed for the quick decision of the working assignment states of the saws 3a and 3b (S8) and at the same time a cut machining program is sent to the computer 5 (S9).
