(57) Abstract As for the cooling system of the electronic part the cold plate which possesses the channel which conveys the fluid coolant and, includes with the plural bosses to whom each receives the electronic part, the optical part or the other heat generation parts and at least three consecutively the plural fin structures having adjoined and being arranged on the cold plate. Each fin structure contacts the boss, supplies the coolant to the territory around the boss, portion and the fluid of the channel has possessed the fin entrance and the fin exit which are communicated in order to cool the part which is mounted in the boss. The crookedness road which is conveyed to the fin structure where portion of the channel three continues the fluid coolant at least in non consecutive order is demarcated. The part of the channel inside the crookedness road furthermore conveys the coolant to opposite direction, therefore improves the heat transfer and temperature equilibrium with cold plate both sides. The system furthermore includes plural this kind of cooling plates which are arranged in verticality stack and manihuorudo which sends the coolant to the cooling plate. When the cooling plate is stacked, flow and pressure drop with each plate both sides become almost equal, therefore, the cold plate which almost possesses the isothermal surface with both sides of the part of the cold plate is offered.
