PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access method for decreasing data conversion between two language, quickly performing data access, increasing memory efficiency, and attaining cost down when data operation language is different from data base mounting language. SOLUTION: When a data operation language executing part 120 fetches and executes a data operation routine, an object operating part 150 requests the retrieval of an object to a data base access part 170 at the time of access to an attribute, obtains it from a data base 180, registers it in an object describer management chart 160, and transfers it to the data operation language executing part 120, and the data operation language executing part performs access to the object by using the obtained object describer and attribute name. The object operating part 150 extracts the object designated by the describer from the describer management chart, and transfers it to an attribute extracting part 140, and the attribute extracting part extracts an attribute, and a data converting pad 130 converts it into the format of the data operation language, and transfers it to the data operation language executing part 120.
