PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select an incoming area by selecting a first radio channel when the first radio channel can receive a signal and selecting a second radio channel when the first radio channel cannot receive the signal. ;SOLUTION: When a synchronizing signal is detected in a reception channel CHNEW, a signal processing part 107 stores the new acquisition reception channel CHNEW, switches the reception channel to a synchronism establishment channel CHLAST and monitors the synchronizing signal by the reception channel. When the synchronizing signal is detected by the synchronism establishment channel CHLAST, the synchronism pull-in operation, namely, a synchronism establishment operation is executed. When prescribed monitoring time passes while synchronism is not established, the synchronism establishment operation is executed by the new acquisition channel CHNEW.
