摘要

PURPOSE: To determine the number of revolutions of a spindle and to operate a spinning machine without external operation by continuously comparing the number of operating revolutions of respective programs of spinning, ring running-in and traveler running-in with reference values during spinning and adjusting the same. ;CONSTITUTION: In the operation method for the spinning machine having spinning rings and the travelers which are disposed thereon and guide threads around spinning cops and further having a device 2 for chaining the number of operating revolution of the spindle, the reference values for the number of operating revolutions of the spinning program, the ring running-in program and the traveler running-in program are fetched out of respective memories 23, 24 and 25 and are compared with each other. Further, the minimum values S, S22 and S11 disposed at the prescribed point of time are used as the target values to be reference for an adjuster 20 for a drive shaft 12 every time so that this drive shaft 12 determines the number of operating revolutions of the at least one spindle, thereby operating the spinning machine without external operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
