PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure lock with a dead bolt in an earthquake by ensuring trapping of the hook portion of a bracket if the dead bolt is somewhat turned to the opening direction of a wing.;SOLUTION: An auto-lock device for a storage box with a wing includes a lock device mainbody 1 mounted in a box mainbody 3 and having auto-lock function in earthquake, a bracket 40 mounted on the inner face 5A pivotally mounted at the front opening 4 of the box mainbody 3 and a dead bolt 16 having a protruded end inserted into the lock device mainbody 1 so as to retractable along the vertical direction and hooked on the bracket 40 for preventing opening of the wing 5.
