PURPOSE: To provide an improved squeegee unit that can materialize highly accurate and high density screen printing, and to make such squeegee unit available for contributing to attainment of highly accurate and high density mounting of chip-like electronic parts to a printed circuit board. ;CONSTITUTION: A thin steel squeegee blade 2, with its front edge rounded off, and elastic plates 3 in a couple or a plurality of couples provided respectively to both sides of the blade with the front edge of the blade protruded slightly downward are put en block between holding plates 1 and 1', and the holding plates are fastened together with threaded fasteners like bolts and nuts, and thereby a sandwich-like structure with the squeegee blade 2 and the elastic plates 3 sandwiched between and held by the holding plates 1 and 1' is made up.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
