PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide to-be-set printed matter as well as a to-be-sent printed matter-sealing tape or the like, which are capable of being manufactured inexpensively by employing a normal standardized printed matter. ;SOLUTION: A printed matter sealing tape is provided with a printed matter main body 2, at least folded into two sheets, a sealing tape 10 for sealing the cut end 5 of the printed matter main body 2 and a sending kind information section 8a, such as 'postpaid mail' or the like. The sealing tape 10 is provided with a belt type tape main body 10a, riding over the front and rear sides of the surface paper 3 in the printed matter main body 2 along the cut end 5, and an adhesive agent 10b for bonding the tape main body 10a onto the front paper 3 separably. The part of the rear surface of the tape main body 10a, which is opposed to the cut end 5 of the printed matter main body 2, is provided with a non-adhesive part 10e, not adhesive to the printed matter main body. The sending kind information section 8a is provided at the side of the wide adhesive part 10c and the sending kind information and the like can be removed together with the sealing tape 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
