PURPOSE: To resolve problems that a normal telephone set using a dial signal for call cannot be used and a switching network and a leased line cannot be connected by using a private telephone set in a conventional telephone share type remote monitor and control device and calling the telephone set with a voice to have a speech between leased lines. ;CONSTITUTION: A switching network interface circuit 4A is provided between a switching network 1 and a leased line 01, and a telephone set interface circuit 9A is provided between a telephone set 10 and the leased line 01, and two interface circuits 4A and 9A transmit and receive a signal for line connection for the purpose of speaking, and speech between telephone sets 10 and 11 based on dial signal transmission is possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
