PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mouse for an experimental use that is useful for elucidation of the cause of disease onset of senile dementia of Alzheimer's disease, for elucidation of the morbid state mechanism for inhibiting the necrosis of neurocytes accompanied by infection with senile dementia of Alzheimer and for screening a candidate therapeutic agent by sthenic phosphorylation of τ-protein. ;SOLUTION: In this mouse, the phosphorylation of τ-protein is sthenic. This for an experimental use mouse is prepared by plurally repeating starvation stimulation at intervals or giving a medicine acting on insulin signal transfer system, for example, streptozotocin, tolbutamide, wortmannin, LY294002 or PD98059 or the like. Further, it is preferable to stimulate an abnormal phosphorylated τ-protein to be aggregated for sthenic phosphorylation of τ-protein.
