PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifier capable of contributing to smooth supply and an apparatus capable of smoothly supplying a material to be classified. ;SOLUTION: Even if a temp. difference of a predetermined level or more is generated between atmospheric temp. and the temp. in a silo 12 and dewing is generated in the silo 12, the supply of a solid exceeding a mesh size to a hopper is prevented by a first filter 24. Further, the supply of a solid exceeding a diamond-shaped mesh size to a rotary feeder 13 is prevented by a second filter 32. As a result, only a powder and a solid having the diamond-shaped mesh size are supplied to the rotary feeder 13.
