PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device having a multi-joint tube capable of detachably and exchangeably attaching the various kinds of treatment equipment to one multi-joint tube, simplifying a structure, miniaturizing a joint part and suppressing cost increase. ;SOLUTION: The joint part 12 of the multi-joint tube 1 is provided with energizing connection terminals coping with the electric lines 13 of the electric operation part of all the treatment equipment 6a-6d connected to the joint part 12 and disposed so as to make respective positions different. A medical device main body part 5 is provided with power supply circuits 2a-2d for supplying power matched with the kind of the treatment equipment connected to the respective electric lines 13, and a power source control part 3 for selecting the power supply circuits 2a-2d matched with the kind of the treatment equipment 6a-6d connected to the joint part 12 of the multi-joint tube and making the circuits supply the power.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
