PURPOSE:To suitably and effectively supervise action of a complicate die casting machine at high velocity by discriminating what working state of the inputted die casting machine matches with the preset and stored alarming working condition and outputting the alarm. CONSTITUTION:In the supervisory instrument for manufacturing die casting product providing a key board, storing device, etc., and composed of CPU, the alarming operation conditions for die casting machine are set. The conditions correspond to dynamic working characteristics related to injection velocity, pressure, working characteristics related to injection velocity, pressure, cycle time, biscuit thickness, etc. In this supervisory device, the working state in the die casting machine is inputted through a die casting machine control unit. Data in this inputted working state are compared with the above preset and stored alarming working condition after executing suitable filtering. By this method, in the case the above working state corresponds to this condition, the alarm is outputted through display, printer, etc.
