PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks or the like from arising by placing floor slab concrete after a hardening-retardant adhesive has been applied on the upper face of an upper flange of a steel girder. ;SOLUTION: After a hardening-retardant adhesive 12 that a retarder is prepared with a twin pack epoxy-based adhesive has been applied on the upper flange 11 of a chief steel girder 1, a floor slab concrete is placed. After the concrete strength has been brought, laterally tightening PC tendons 31 and vertically tightening PC tendons 32 are tensed to introduce prestresses in both breadthwise and span directions and then, grouting mortar is filled in a blockout 14 in which a stud bolt 13 is implanted. In this way, since a prestress necessary for a design can be introduced, cracks resulting from a deficiency of prestress can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
