PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a measurement of electric activity of a nerve cell with magnetic resonance by analyzing its position so as to be able to pursue nerve activity. SOLUTION: A series of magnetic resonance photography is conducted periodically so as to get a magnetic resonance signal which is decomposed at a position, and revolution of position of the magnetic resonance signal is decided then revolution of position for the magnetic resonance signal which is related to a phenomenon is evaluated according to a correlation of time between revolution of a position of magnetic resonance signal during a series of the magnetic resonance signals and passing of time of the phenomenon which induces electric activity.
