PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the covering layer of a PC steel wire set part must be peeled off by entire handwork, that is, such a peeling operation has required much labor. ;SOLUTION: First, a hollow inner layer tube is molded and the surface of the inner tube is then coated with a lubricant. Secondly, an outer layer tube 4 is molded in order to coat the surface of the lubricant, thereby producing a lubricant-mediated two-layer tube in a separate process. Thirdly, in a worksite, the two-layer tube is cut to the length of the free length portion of a PC steel material 5; in other words, the two-layer tube is cut short so as to expose a set length portion of a necessary length and covered on the PC steel material 5, thereby effecting the covered PC steel material 5 so as to produce a bare wire by a necessary length part of the set length portion, thus entirely obviating the necessity of peeling a resin covering layer according to the length of the set length portion as before.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
