PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty regarding airtightness and connection, improve the degree of freedom of mounting angle/positioning setting, and also save the space of a combining unit. ;SOLUTION: This unit is equipped with a sealing step surface 13 arranged in the inside of a communicating passage 12, a sealing end surface 25 arranged on the end surface of a connecting adapter 20, a taper surface 26 formed in an engaging part 24 arranged on the periphery of the connecting adapter 20, and a pair of mounting members 32 moving the connecting adapter 20 in connecting direction and also fixing the connecting adapter 20 on a conditioning apparatus body 10 so that an O-ring 30 is brought into pressure contact with the sealing step surface 13 by the sealing end surface 25 so as to establish airtightness by bringing a slant surface 35 formed in an end part 34 into contact with the taper surface 26 from the front surface 11a of the conditioning apparatus body 10 and the back surface 11b thereof and moving the slant surface 35 in a direction perpendicular to the connecting direction of the communicating passage 12 to the connecting adapter 20 so as to be fixed on the conditioning apparatus body 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
