PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosionproof external prestress material, which can be exchanged easily and surely and wherein the displacement of an angle from a fixing section of the axis of a tendon it to some extent permitted. ;SOLUTION: The external prestress material of prestress concrete has a fixing device 3 being arranged at the end sections of discrete members 4, capable of being supported to a structure 2 and capable of being introduced to an adjacent end-section region by a tension passage 11, a ring tendon 17 outwards enclosing a tendon 1 narrowly is arranged in the initial region of an extension section, and the external prestress material comprises the bundle of the discrete members 4 arranged into tubular fillers 5, 8 such as steel bars, steel wires or steel stranded wires. The tendon 1 is introduced into a narrow opening from the interior wall of the tension passage 11 in the inlet region of the tension passage 11, and the outside diameter of the ring tendon 17 is conformed to the inside diameter of the tension passage 11 so that the small displacement of an angle in an extent that the angle can be ignored merely is generated in the fixing sections of the discrete members 4 when the angle of the axis of the tendon is displaced from the axis of the fixing device 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
