PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building excellent in vibration-resistant and wind-resistant safe and durable properties, by erecting columns that constituting reinforcements are arranged in the inside of a stainless or aluminum hollow pipe and a certain volume of concrete is charged and it is connected to the upper part. ;SOLUTION: A plate 1 provided with foundation bolt holes is welded to the bottom face of a first floor column pipe A. Constituting reinforcements M are inserted in the first and second floor column pipes A, B and a certain volume of concrete C is charged and cured respectively. A hollow space equivalent to the insertion depth of the second floor column pipe B is formed at the upper part of the first floor column pipe A and an insertion part of the same length with the space in the upper part of the first floor column pipe A, is provided in the lower part of the second floor column pipe B. And further, a space for insertion and connection of the third floor column pipe is provided at the upper part thereof. The first floor column pipe A is fixed on a foundation body G with anchors 10.
