When a pump 4 is operated, the liquid chemicals passing through the pump 4 enters a safety valve 8 through the hose 7, is discharged from the liquid chemicals phlem 10 by way of the hose 9 and a patient or the like is disinfected and washed. When it is detected that the temp. of the liquid chemicals is abnormally high since the chemicals in the tank 1 in abnormally high temp. flows into the safety valve 8 through the hose 7 owing to a fault in the temp. detector 1c or the like inside the tank 1, the valve 8 is operated and the passage of the liquid chemicals is shielded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
