PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the boardlike parts in which chamfering parts are formed in the joined parts and also patterns can be matched between the boardlike parts by joining two boardlike parts obtained by cutting a board material and to provide a method for cutting the board material.;SOLUTION: In the case of cutting a board material 12 having parallel upper and lower surfaces in two planar cutting faces 14a, 15a, one hand of the cutting face 14a is mutually made orthogonal to the other hand of the cutting face 15a and the board material 12 is cut so that the intersection lines 16 of these cutting faces 14a, 15a are positioned in the inside of thickness of the board material 12. The cut faces 20a, 21a of the cut boardlike parts 20, 21 are mutually abutted and joined so as to allow the intersection lines 16 to coincide. Thereby, the boardlike parts 20, 21 are mutually joined at a right angle. Also, chamfering parts 23 are formed in the corner parts of the joined parts 23 by the cutting faces 20b, 21b existing in the interval of the intersection limes 16 and the upper surface of the board material 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
