PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out rotation energy by utilizing heat energy disposed of currently so as to save energy. SOLUTION: When a substance gasified at a low temperature is heated by exhaust steam, high pressure gas can be obtained. When a similar circuit to a gas compression type refrigerator is prepared and a substance which is gasified at a low temperature and is liquefied at external air temperature or by cold water and sea water, namely, refrigerant, is sealed therein to heat it by exhaust steam, hot water, and exhaust gas at a high temperature which have been disposed of conventionally, high pressure gas can be obtained. Rotation energy is taken out by utilizing this high pressure gas. Fleon gas is used as the refrigerant, which is circulated through an evaporator 5, a drive motor 1, a condenser 2, a pump 3, and the evaporator 5 in this order.
