Broken wire detection device null of wire

摘要

PURPOSE:To quickly detect break of a wire electrode. CONSTITUTION:For stably applying voltage of a power source 13 on a wire electrode 2, electric feeders 14, 15 are provided. Voltage between the electric feeders 14, 15 is divided with voltage dividing resistances 22, 23. Voltage between both electric feeders is low at no break of wire but remarkably high at break of wire. The voltage is compared with reference voltage Eefr in comparison amplifiers 25, 26 through a buffer amplifier 24, when the voltage is over the reference voltage, it is judged to be generation of wire break and a signal for power cutoff is output from a monostable multivibrator 28 to the power source 13.
