METHOD AND FACILITY FOR CHANGING POWER SOURCE OF HEATING AND COOLING AIR-CONDITIONING FACILITY FOR FUEL GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the energy cost of a heating and cooling air-conditioning facility which uses a chlorofluorocarbon gas of a type that is the object of mandatory control as a heat carrier and is driven by means of a motor by remodeling the facility to use gas fuel as a driving source, and in addition, to execute the construction work for prolonging the service life of the facility as a whole in a low-cost resource conserving way. ;SOLUTION: An indoor machine 1 uses a heating and cooling air-conditioning facility continuously. An outdoor machine 2 of the facility is exchanged as an assembly with a new machine of the currently used model (using non- polluting chlorofluorocarbon gas as a heat carrier) or a compressor 16 m for non-polluting chlorofluorocarbon gas and its paired gas-fueled engine 17g are updated. A object of control chlorofluorocarbon gas or a non-polluting chrolofluorocarbon gas is injected into a heat carrier circulating system.
