PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation plate macroscopically causing no temperature difference by connecting one of groups of small fluid passages to the large and small fluid passages mounted to a wide plane at the same side, and connecting the other group of small fluid passages to the large and small fluid passages mounted to a wide plane at the same side. ;SOLUTION: The two long side surfaces 15, 16 opposite to each other through a wide plane of a hexahedronal block 10, respectively has four right side connection pipes of small diameter 17-20 and four left side connection pipes of small diameter 21-24, and the small fluid passages are formed in these connection pipes of small diameter. The connection pipes of small diameter 22, 24 are mounted to an upper wide plane, and the small fluid passages connected thereto are connected to a large fluid passage 13'. The connection pipes of small diameter 21, 23 are mounted to a lower wide plane, and the small fluid passages connected thereto are connected to a large fluid passage 14'.
