PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woven fabric reinforcing material excellent in dimensional stability and useful for a laminated composite material structure, or the like, for a printed circuit board by allowing the reinforcing material to have the number of warp yarns more than the proportion prescribed by the total number of the warp and weft yarns per unit area, and to have the number of crossing points of the warp and weft yarns within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: This woven fabric reinforcing material having warp yarns and weft yarns, up to 190 g weight per unit area, and an orthogonal structure, has the number of warp yarns more than 55% of the total number of the warp and weft yarns per unit area, and the number of the crossing points of the warp and weft yarns within the range of 200-315 per cm2. Preferably, about 50% of the total number of the warp and weft yarns has 0.4-40 turns clockwise twist, and about 50% of the total number of the warp and weft yarns has an anti-clockwise twist with the same turns. A laminated composite material structure for a printed circuit board is preferably produced by using the woven fabric reinforcing material.
