PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use plane planks for side walls of an underground pit to make light and to increase transportation volume of a truck for one time. One end sides of footing column bodies 15 of wide flange shapes are fixed to erect the footing column bodies 15 on the footing frame body 14, and an upper frame body 19 formed by assembling a plurality of cladding members 18 of wide flange shapes is fixed to the other end sides of the footing column bodies 15. Auxiliary column bodies 16 are erected between the footing column bodies opposed to each other, concrete is cast inside of the footing frame body 14 to form a pit bottom wall 17 and, at the same time, plane planks 20 are inserted into the footing column bodies 15 opposed to each other and the auxiliary column bodies 16 or between the auxiliary column bodies 16 to form pit side walls.
