PURPOSE: To obtain small braking acceleration, high vacuum reaching speed and excellent weightlessness and facilitate recovery by arranging bellows or the like so that cushions composed of an elastic body or an elastic plastic body and a capsule recovering position can be adjusted. ;CONSTITUTION: When an electric current of an electromagnetic clutch 7 is cut off, a capsule 5 suspended by a hoist 6 installed inside of a chamber 4 drops freely. The freely dropped capsule 5 is dropped, braked and stopped on a braking device composed of cushions 1 and bellows 2 installed in a tube 3. Afterwards, when the capsule 5 is recovered to the chamber 4, air pressurized by a compressor 10 is sent in the bellows 2 through an air tank 9 and an adjusting valve 8, and the cushions 1 are pushed up, and the capsule 5 placed on them is set in a prescribed position. Afterwards, a wire of the hoist 6 and the electromagnetic clutch 7 are lowered, and the capsule 5 is recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
