PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sediment surely fly ash into seawater without generating floating ash, dust or the like and increase the density of a completed reclaimed land. ;SOLUTION: Fly ash to be treated is fed into a kneader 2 while metering its weight by a meter 1, and seawater is also fed into the kneader 2 while its flow rate is controlled by a seawater flow rate controller 8, and the fly ash is kneaded with the seawater to form slurry, and the slurry is carried to a dumping site through a temporary storage tank 3 and a slurry carrying pump 5 and thrown away.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
