PURPOSE:To obtain a parts detaching device for a reactor built-in pump capable of shortening the work time for coupling the handling tool with a guide rail by hanging the handling tool with a plurality of hanging ropes and changing the direction of relative position of the plurality of hanging ropes from a platform and easily controlling the rotation direction of the handling tool. CONSTITUTION:Provided are a plurality of hanging ropes 16 for hanging a handling tool at a plurality of hanging points and a winding reel 36 for winding up and down the plurality of hanging ropes 16 which is set on a trolley 15 at a platform 14 arranged on an operating floor 2 laied above a reactor pressure vessel 1. Also provided are a rope direction control means 50 to control the direction of the plurality of the hanging ropes 16 in the horizontal plane and a rope correction means 6O set above the handling tool 40 to support the ropes free of rotation on each hanger and control the length difference of the plurality of hanging ropes 16.
