PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy slurry type small bore pipe jacking device appli cable to a small bore pipe.;SOLUTION: This heavy slurry type small bore pipe jacking device is provided with a master driving device installed in a pit of a start shaft; a cylindrical shield machine body 5; a small bore pipe jacking pipe 7 connectable to the shield machine body 5; and a slurry pipe 9 rotatably holdable in the pipe jacking pipe 7. The shield machine body 5 is provided with a face board 11; a chamber 13 formed inside the face board 11; a cutter 15 provided at the face board 11; a plurality of openings 17 provided at the face board 11; shutters 19 provided near the openings 17 to adjust opening area; a shutter driving cylinder 20; an air intake valve 21 provided at an intermediate part of the face board 11 to feed air into the chamber 13; a casing tube 25 connected to the outer periphery of the rear part of the face board 11 through a sealing device 23; a measuring device disposed in the start shaft; and a direction correcting device 29 provided in the shield machine body 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
