PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the collection of a specimen and the extraction of the collected specimen by screwing a nut to a cylindrical container splittable in half to integrate it, inserting it into a filled back-filling material, and screwing and fixing it to an interior pipe.;SOLUTION: In the tunnel work of sewerage or the like, a hole 11 is bored on an interior pipe 1 such as a glass fiber-reinforced plastic mortar pipe, a grout material 5 is fitted, and a back-filling material 3 such as air mortar is filled between the interior pipe 1 and a primary lining 2. A nut 44 is screwed and integrated to a male screw formed at the lower section of a metallic cylindrical container splittable in half as a specimen collecting container 4, the specimen collecting container 4 is inserted into the hole 11 of the interior pipe 1, the male screw is screwed and fixed to the female screw of the grout material 5, and a specimen is collected via a plurality of inflow holes 41. The nut 44 is removed after a fixed period elapses, the collecting container 4 is split, and the inner specimen is taken out for testing.
