PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control rotation of a pair of an upper and a lower cloth feed rollers in a sewing machine for rolled hemming of trouser cuffs as desired. ;SOLUTION: In a sewing machine for rolled hemming of trouser cuffs by actuating a sewing needle 27 by rotation of an upper shaft 25, and holding a cloth by a pair of an upper feed roller 30 and a lower feed roller 40 disposed on the side of the sewing needle 27 to carry it to the sewing needle 27, the upper feed roller 30 and the lower feed roller 40 are mutually separately rotated by pulse motors or servo motors 1, 7 independently from the rotation of the upper shaft 25.
