PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rearrangeable problem areas more essentially and adequately and to enable a thinking assistance reflecting a care-planner's way of thinking by comparing a set of problem area vector parts of care plan cases pair by pair according to a method for evaluating the similarity between problem area feature vectors. SOLUTION: A care plan case retrieving means 8 compares similarities between a set of problem area vectors of problem area clusters D06 obtained by a problem area cluster editing means 6 and a set of problem area parts of care plan case D08 stored in a care plan instance managing means 7 by pairs according to the similarity evaluating method D07 for problem are feature vectors from a similarity managing means 4. Then, care plan parts and comment parts of similar care plan case D08 are retrieved, one by one, for each problem area cluster D06. A care plan case editing means 9 registers the care plan parts and comment parts of the retrieved care plan case after a care planner edits them.
